1. Services Provided

Services Provided The Website Haus, LLC provides the following services:

• Website creation, management, and marketing.
• Email and text marketing services.
• AI solutions, including AI voice and chatbot integrations.
• Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
• Social media management services.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services.- Website creation, management, and marketing.
• Email and text marketing services.
• AI solutions, including AI voice and chatbot integrations.
• Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
• Social media management services.- Website creation, management, and marketing.
• Email and text marketing services.
• AI solutions, including AI voice and chatbot integrations.

2. User Accounts

• Users are required to create accounts through GoHighLevel (GHL) for certain services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information updated.
• Account credentials are confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Invoicing

• Payments are made via invoices sent by The Website Haus, LLC.
• Invoices must be paid by the specified due date. Late payments may incur a late fee of [insert percentage or amount].
• Services may be suspended or terminated in the case of non-payment.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Website Services: Refunds are available only if work has not commenced. Partial refunds may be issued for projects that are not fully completed.
• Marketing Services: Subscriptions may be canceled with a 30-day notice. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
• AI Solutions: Due to the nature of customization, refunds are not offered for AI voice or chatbot solutions once development has started.
• SEO Services: SEO results typically take 6 months to a year. Refunds are not offered once services commence due to the long-term nature of these efforts.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• Website Services: Refunds are available only if work has not commenced. Partial refunds may be issued for projects that are not fully completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse AI tools or violate the terms of third-party integrations.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the delivered website or marketing materials.
• AI tools and solutions remain the intellectual property of The Website Haus, LLC unless otherwise specified.
• You may not resell or distribute content or solutions created by The Website Haus, LLC without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Website Haus, LLC is not responsible for losses or damages caused by third-party tools, service downtimes, or client mismanagement.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of our services.
